This multi-discipline, senior level executive team provides in depth knowledge on facilitating cost reduction initiatives, developing short and long term strategies and delivering best practices, as it pertains to the Information Technology environment. DVC Management is proud to announce the following members of our advisory board.
Ms Kopjo has also served as the Corporate VP for HomeCare, Chicago Division, for a large national hospital company where she redesigned processes and systems to increase productivity, create efficiencies, achieve FTE savings and improve overall quality of care. As Vice President, Patient Care Continuum/Chief Nursing Officer for LaGrange Memorial Hospital in metropolitan Chicago, she managed operating budgets of $60+ million, 600+ FTEs and 272 patient beds as well as all home care services, outpatient rehabilitation clinics, occupational health and a skilled nursing facility. She has also developed two Medicare Certified Hospices. Ms Kopjo is a licensed registered nurse, holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Health Arts and a Masters in Healthcare Administration. She is an active member of several health care associations, has served on numerous community boards, has been a speaker both statewide and nationally and been a featured contributor to numerous publications as well as published in a national journal.
Wil Huijben currently works for Applied Materials. He joined the European organization in January 1995 with responsibility for all IT activities. He was program manager for the implementation of SAP in Europe. Later Wil was involved in deployments of Oracle and PeopleSoft and multiple specialized in-house developed applications. Since 2000, Mr. Huijben is chairman of Applied Materials’ global Architecture Review Board. This board is responsible for developing and maintaining Applied Materials’ multi-year IT strategy and setting technical standards. The Board oversees and integrates all IT environments and projects. Mr. Huijben was part of Applied Materials’ task force to investigate and define its IT outsourcing strategy. This led to the establishment of an Applied Materials office in India and engagement of a large group of India based IT specialists. Before Applied Materials, Wil Huijben worked in process industry and government organizations. In process industry, Wil defined and implemented the company’s IT strategy, leading to an ERP implementation integrated with process control. From 1991 until 1995, Wil was chairman of the Dutch SAP user group. In that capacity he worked with many companies to give advise on their ERP implementation projects. Wil also initiated meetings between SAP user group organizations worldwide and SAP’s headquarters in Walldorf, Germany. He chaired various seminars on ERP implementation best practices. Wil Huijben received his Bachelor degree in Computer and Information Sciences in 1977 in Eindhoven, Netherlands. In 1992 he followed a post-graduate course in general management at Nijenrode University in the Netherlands.
Mr. Hammett works for Philips Electronics were he is Director of Engineering and Manufacturing for the Centre for Industrial Technology. He joined the North American organization in February 1996. He helped develop the main North American office in Sunnyvale, CA. David's responsibility for the organization is Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Project Management, Manufacturing, Operations and he was instrumental in the group becoming ISO 9001/2000 certified. David is also a BEST trainer for management best practices. He has successfully lobbied Congress on behalf of Philips Electronics North America for project funding related to National Security. Dave received his Bachelors Science degree in Finance in 1987 from Louisiana Tech University and Bachelors Science degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1993 from Louisiana Tech University.
